We hired Artistic Concrete Designs to remove our old patio and replace it with a much larger one. From our first encounter with Chris, we were happy- he arrived on time to do our quote and was knowledgable about the various concrete options available. Courtney and Chris kept us up to date on their schedule and the progress of our job and would quickly respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed that they corresponded promptly by email. Our job was completed on schedule, with only minor weather-related delays (of which we were always informed). Our patio is lovely and a great place to relax! In the Regina market today due to our local economic boom, it has become increasingly difficult to find qualified contractors that will not only show up to provide a quote, but also to do the work that you require. When my wife and I were looking to have our patio and sidewalk poured we were somewhat skeptical on how quickly we would be able to find a qualified contractor that would provide us with an accurate quote, and also show up to do the work. We were fortunate that our first and only call that we made was to Artistic Concrete. Chris and Courtney not only showed up for the quote on time, but also stuck to their appointments (weather permitting). The communication that we received throughout the entire process was simply outstanding. We were not accustomed to having e-mailed updates on what was happening with our project, but we certainly appreciated it. The final result on the patio and sidewalk was even better than we had hoped, and the compliments that we have received from family, friends and neighbors proves that we are not alone in our thoughts. We wanted a stamped concrete patio. We first contacted them through the website. Immediately we received a reply back and we were booked in for an estimate that evening.   Chris came and did the estimate he was very knowledgable and helped us with a design.  He was very prepared brought his portfolio of pictures on his tablet and had color charts and we even had a choice of different stamps to choose from.  He did not rush us and took the time to answer our questions.  Later that evening we received an email with our quote. That was QUICK!  It was very detailed, so easily there were no questions to ask.  We were thruougly impressed.  The job itself turned out fantastic.  Courtney made sure to keep us informed of the status of our job.  You just don’t get service like this anymore!  We are so happy with the finished product.
